HR Benefits Specialist Position - Health Partners of Western Ohio
Join the Team! - Seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Benefits Specialist will report to the Director of Human Resources and oversee and manage the company’s employee benefits programs, compliance initiatives, and related HR operations. This role is responsible for administering and enhancing a comprehensive benefits strategy, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including equal opportunity employment, unemployment, FMLA, and other applicable employment laws.
Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
